What are you proposing to do?	To seek approval of a methodology to identify and agree a number of emerging place-based and thematic projects identified in Figure 2 and in Appendix C of the attached report, with a view to establishing a formal capital growth project pipeline for North Yorkshire.
Why are you proposing this? What are the desired outcomes?	This will identify priority schemes and places, and help shape conversations around future funding opportunities with the YNY Combined Authority and other private and public sector partners.
Does the proposal involve a significant commitment or removal of resources? Please give details.	No Council resources are being requested at this stage.
